In an April 10th, 1964 article it mentions that Charles Winder and Charlie Hill are to add four games to Low Cost Games.
In an October 23rd, 1964 article it mentions that Charles Winder and Charlie Hill are to move Low Cost Games down several doors in Las Vegas. It didn’t mention either the new or the old address.
The Fuller Index lists it's location at 506 Jackson St.
