Las Vegas, NV

Barbary Coast

1966 to 1966

The downtown Barbary Coast Hotel & Casino was open from March 1, 1966 to May 30, 1966 and was licensed for slots, 21, craps, and Big 6. It was in the same building as the New Pioneer Club Hotel (ca. 1966-1968)

Since Frank Schivo of the California Club has his name on the matchbooks it's a good assumption he was involved but I haven't found any doumentation on that.

There was a better known casino of the same name on the strip from 1979 to 2007
at 3595 South Las Vegas Blvd which became Bill's Gamblin' Hall which closed in 2013.
